Jewels of the Forest was formed by two brothers, Wyatt and Hunter Bryson. Combining a deep passion for mycology and the culinary arts.In 2018, they opened their commercial kitchen and retail store front in Sebastopol, California.The inspiration for Shroom Snack Mushroom Jerky would come from Chef Hunter and his family’s many travels to Thailand, along with his love for Traditional Cultural flavors.
