Established in 2016, Pure Abundance makes artisanal plant-based cheese at the Cheese Lab in Atlanta’s West Side Cultured South. Pure Abundance combines traditional methods with modern technology to create cultured and aged Cashew Cheese that’s kind to the body and the planet. To make the cheese the company is blending organic cashews and supporting ingredients and than they are aged in the cheese cave for 3-5 days. A complex and satisfying flavor profile emerges as the magic of chemistry transforms a few simple ingredients into exquisite cheese.
