The conference will take place on october 24, 2024 at the IHK Bildungsakademie Magdeburg GmbH as a hybrid event in English. A get-together will take place the day before, on october 23, 2024.

This year we will be presenting innovative ideas and ways to get proteins from the field to the shelf.

The following areas will be discussed:

• Analytic/Proteomic: Allergens, Characterization, Structure-Function Relationship
• Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Waste Minimization, Sustainable Production, Digitalization
