Location: South San Francisco
Report to: Senior Food Scientist

Responsibilities
- Food preparation (bakery, meat, culinary, beverage, snacks, etc.) and evaluation (analytical, sensory and texture analysis).
- Testing R&D and Manufacturing samples in food applications.
- Assisting food scientists/technologists in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) development and improvement.
- Supporting food scientists/technologists on innovative projects.
- Preparing food samples for visitors and customers.
- Helping with lab maintenance.
- Other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc in food science, nutrition, biology, chemistry, biochemistry with 1+ year experience working in a laboratory.
- Experience in executing lab experiments and reporting results.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for Clara Foods Co. DBA The EVERY Company
