Jasmin Kern is a senior associate at Lever VC, where she focuses on food tech and ag tech investments, bridging scientific and technical insights with business and strategic due diligence. She holds a degree in chemistry from MIT, with a focus on cellular agriculture. Prior to joining Lever in 2022, Jasmin worked in materials and texture R&D at next-generation protein startups, and co-founded Nucleate Cultivate, a nonprofit advancing education in cellular agriculture.
