We’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager, Bridge2Food for North America to play a key role in driving the growth and reach of Bridge2Food’s services and events by managing client relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and securing sponsorship.

We organise two events per year – Bridge2Food Europe and Bridge2Food North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Partnership Development
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Event Support & Execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the food industry or B2B event management.
  • Exposure to event sponsorship and B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently & meet sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to attend industry events – our own, plus other events, such as IFT, Supply Side West and Natural Products Expo.
  • A team player – delivery and success require collaborative effort with colleagues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with plant-based, food tech, and alternative / complementary protein sectors.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the food, beverage, and ingredients industries in North America.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
